To ensure IEEE ICDCS qualities and get accepted papers published in IEEE Xplore, IEEE ICDCS 2026 is an in-person conference where for each accepted paper, at least one of the original authors must attend ICDCS 2026 in person to present their paper.
If all authors of an accepted paper cannot attend ICDCS 2026 due to difficulties obtaining Korean visas, they must follow the process below:
Collect visa denial documents including: dates of visa applications and rejections, and a formal visa rejection letter issued by the visa consul. Alternatively, submit proofs of other difficulties attending in person.
Fill out and submit the Substitution / Online Presentation Request Form to the ICDCS TPC Co-Chairs along with all supporting documents.
The TPC Co-Chairs will review your submission. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval.
⚠ Important: Submitting the Substitution/Online Presentation Request Form does not guarantee approval. All decisions are at the discretion of the ICDCS TPC Co-Chairs.
