Submission Process

1

Complete Author Registration

Authors of an accepted paper must finish the author registration for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper requires at least one author registration.

If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must be registered and paid separately.

2

Submit Your Camera-Ready Paper

Use the appropriate submission site based on your paper type:

Note: Titles and authors must be identical to those submitted for peer review. Deletion, addition, or reordering of author names is not allowed and will result in exclusion from proceedings without refund.

Authors needing to revise titles must seek approval from the Program Chairs (main conference) or General Co-Chairs (in-conjunction events).

Follow these steps on the submission site:

  1. Create an account and log in for submission.
  2. Check page limits per paper type (see table in sidebar).
  3. Review "Formatting Your Paper" and "Paper Validation" in the site menu.
  4. Enter paper details (ID, title, abstract), add all authors, and upload your final PDF.
  5. Complete your paper's IEEE copyright form.
3

Formatting Instructions

Each camera-ready paper must follow the IEEE 8.5″ × 11″ two-column format using 10pt fonts, using the official IEEE Conference template. Download it by selecting "Conferences" in the IEEE Template Selector.

No extra pages are allowed. Refer to the page limits table on the right.
